Our Founder

Melis Ertugrul

Odinin was founded by a multidisciplinary engineer and strategist with experience across leading global corporations such as Bosch & Siemens and Parker Hannifin.
After completing her Master’s project in Physics in Germany, she worked closely with C-level management teams, contributing to large-scale innovation and production strategies.

Driven by a deep commitment to social impact, she returned to Turkey to support several social enterprises and NGOs as a social entrepreneur, focusing on sustainable development and community-driven innovation.


She later advised two major manufacturing companies on marketing transformation and brand positioning, helping traditional industries embrace modern communication and digital growth.

Today, based in London, she leads Odinin, offering comprehensive strategy, marketing, and AI-driven digital consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses.


Her mission is simple: to help brands think globally, act with purpose, and grow smarter through the balance of technology, creativity, and human insight.
